Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction

This policy explains how Growwmance handles cancellations and refunds for the Services we provide, including performance marketing, content and creative, business strategy, video production, website development, and SEO. Because our Services involve real labour, strategy, and (in some cases) third-party ad spend from the moment an engagement begins, refunds are limited as described below. The specific terms in your signed proposal, quotation, or agreement will always take precedence over this general policy.

2. Onboarding & Setup Fees

One-time onboarding, audit, or setup fees cover the initial research, account audits, and strategy work carried out at the start of an engagement. Once this work has begun, these fees are non-refundable.

3. Monthly Retainers

Monthly service fees cover the work delivered within that billing cycle. Fees already paid for the current month are non-refundable once work for that month has started, since our time and resources for that period have already been allocated. If you cancel before the next billing cycle begins, you will not be charged again.

4. Ad Spend

Advertising budgets are separate from our service fees and are billed directly by the advertising platform (Meta, Google, etc.) once a campaign goes live. Growwmance does not hold or refund ad spend — any refund for ad spend is subject to the relevant platform's own policies, not ours.

5. Project-Based Work

For fixed-scope projects (e.g. website development, video production), any advance paid to begin work is non-refundable once work has started. If a project is cancelled midway, the client is billed for work completed to date, and any remaining advance beyond that amount will be refunded within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel an ongoing engagement by providing written notice (email or WhatsApp) in line with the notice period specified in your proposal or agreement. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise agreed.

7. Exceptions

We will consider a refund outside the terms above where Growwmance has failed to begin or materially deliver agreed work through no fault of the client. Refund requests of this nature are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are at our discretion.

8. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or raise a billing concern, email us with your invoice details and the reason for the request. We aim to review and respond to refund requests within 7 business days.
